Pilates (mat classes)

This is an optional extra for members and non-members. These classes complement the resistance training that our express circuit provides as Pilates improves body strength & tone (especially core) and relieves muscle tension by working on posture, balance and control.


NEW TIMES:

Wednesday  7.30pm - 8.30pm

Friday            2.05pm - 3.05pm

Sunday          8.30am - 9.30am

Our instructor, Caroline Rutzler, is a former professional dancer who has over 26 years experience teaching and a Pilates qualification to Masters degree level so you’re in very good hands! Please phone to book as classes fill up quickly.
