PILATES 5 Pilates mat classes a week

Open to members and non-members as an optional extra. Classes are small and all levels are catered for. See following page for further information and new class times. One to one sessions also available.


ZUMBA Tuesdays 7.10pm-8.10pm

Lose yourself in the music and burn those excess holiday calories whilst having fun. Open to members and non-members as an optional extra. Book now as space is limited.


TARGETED STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS Wednesdays 8.30am

Improve thighs, bums, tums and bingo wings in this fun and challenging 30 minute session. Just £1.50 for members and £3 for non-members. Please book as space is limited.


BOOT CAMP ALL DAY Wednesdays AND EVERY Saturday 9am-12pm

Instead of 30 seconds on each station for 3 circuits, you’ll do 60 seconds for just 1 ½ rounds. It’ll take the same amount of time but you’ll be overloading your muscles more and pushing them harder for better results.


COPY THE COACH Mon 5.00pm-6.00pm, Tues 12.00pm-1.00pm and Fri 9.00am-10.00am

Follow the moves on the recovery pads by a fitness coach. It’s free and fun and the cardio-based workout will help you improve your fitness, balance and coordination. Members say the time flies by!
